Guest service

Check-in / Check-out

We greet your guests, show them the apartment and answer all their questions. You inform your guest after booking that we are taking over the check-in and provide them with our contact details. From this moment on, we take over the details. We can arrange check-ins at all hours. Additionally, we can make sure your guests sign the guestbook or charge the city tax for you. If needed, we also use an inventory list, this is especially useful for long-term stays. In this case you, can also book a check-out to re-check when your guests move out. This extended check-in / check-out is available at a surcharge. Normally we do not arrange for special check-out appointments and guests just leave the key in the apartment when they leave.
24/7 Emergency line for your guests

During their entire stay, your guests can reach us in emergencies. Simple problems, we solve immediately, for everything else we contact you.
Organizing and booking of tourist activities

We help your guests booking certain activities or organizing touristic activities for them.
Special services

Whether you want your guest to have fresh flowers, we organize missing cleaning supplies for you or we bring a spare key to your guests.We can also empty your mailbox regularly and send it to you. All that is possible for a small fee.

Cleaning

Rental apartment or private household. We always clean with perfection. We always strive to achieve a cleaning standard rivaling a high-class hotel. We wash the laundry, clean the bathrooms and polish the dishes. Our own staff gets a regular training and fair pay. While our standard cleaning service is well suited for recurring cleanings, sometimes you need extra cleaning. We also do oven cleaning, cleaning after renovation window cleaning etc.

AirBnB management

We also offer a full service management of your rental apartment, whether on AirBnB or somewhere else. We take over all of the check-ins, cleanings and manage your bookings, take care of pricing and make sure you can benefit the most from your apartment without having to worry about anything. We make sure, that everything runs smoothly. Whether owe change light bulbs, fix your walls, prepare broken furniture and make sure that leaking water taps stop leaking. We also take on bigger projects, such as renovating your bathroom, remodeling of the kitchen, custom-made furniture and complete furnishing of your apartment.
