Our experienced and well-trained staff take care of cleaning, wash towels, sheets and linen and make sure that your guests feel just like at home. Our goal is always to get results just like in an upscale hotel. We coordinate check-in with your guests, provide them with all the necessary information and are there for them throughout their stay. We report damages and also take care of minor repairs. If needed, we even furnish your apartment. Our complete management service costs 25% of your booking income. If the apartment does not have a washing machine, we clean at our own facilities and charge an extra cleaning fee. If you prefer to take care of the bookings yourself or only rent out from time to time, we also offer individual cleanings, check-ins and repairs.
